Research interests

My main interest is elucidation of evolutionary and ecological processes that shape biological function on the level of genes, organisms, populations and communities. My research is mostly computational, and combines data analysis with development of new computational methodologies and collaboration with experimentalists.

When I'm not at work I'm either playing capoeira, practicing yoga or writing the code for The Open Journal.
